Now, I am just learning. I use the Gaia app and do it in my lounge most days. It takes about 30 minutes. It is mostly breathing, with a little bit of rocking and chanting.
This is the class that got me hooked.
Oh and I really vibe on the white style that lots of people wear when they do Kundalini.
